The organization features a collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Chiropractic services, Optometry, and General Surgery. The facility also includes an on-site Ambulatory Surgery Center for outpatient procedures.

Opportunity: NP/PA - Internal Medicine

This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a supportive Internal Medicine team. Whether you're newly graduated or experienced, you'll have the chance to develop your practice in a high-quality, patient-centered environment with excellent specialty outreach support.

Job Details:

• Full-time position (1.0 FTE) with 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of professional time weekly
• Monday-Friday schedule, 8am-5pm
• Care for adult patients ages 18 and older
• Mix of Walk-In Clinic and Internal Medicine responsibilities
• Average of 16-20 patients per day with an established patient base
• May provide outreach support at senior care communities or satellite clinics
• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills
• Work both independently and collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals
• Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention in patient care
• Requires strong customer service skills to build positive relationships
• Qualifications include Master's or Doctorate degree for NPs or Bachelor's/Master's degree for PAs
• Current state licensure, CPR certification, and national certification required
