NP/PA - Family Medicine - Fargo, ND (Osgood) New

The facility features state-of-the-art technology including EPIC electronic medical records and offers a collegial, team-oriented environment committed to high-quality care and customer service. **Opportunity:** NP-Family Medicine **Job Details:**

• 1.0 FTE position working Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm (36 patient contact hours per week)
• Family Medicine trained with prior experience required
• Serve 12-16 patients per day with variable procedures
• Telephone call approximately every 8 weeks, shared among the entire Family Medicine group
• Established patient base with room for growth
• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills
• Work independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provide healthcare to individuals and families with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention
• May care for patients ranging from newborn to elderly
• Position requires strong customer service skills to establish positive relationships
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program/institution required
• Current state licensure as a registered nurse and Nurse Practitioner required
• National certification and current CPR certification required
• Must complete credentialing process prior to practice **Compensation:**
