This modern clinic is conveniently located in the southwest corner of West Acres Shopping Center, providing healthcare services in both Walk-In Care and Family Medicine settings. The facility features a collegial environment with a team-oriented approach focused on patient and family-centered care and commitment to high-quality service.

Opportunity: NP - Family Medicine

This is a part-time (0.6 FTE) position in Family Medicine, working Monday through Friday between 8am-5pm with 20 patient contact hours per week. The role offers the chance to join an established practice with room for growth while utilizing the EPIC electronic medical record system.

Job Details:

• Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills
• Works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provides care to patients ranging from newborn to elderly
• Emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention
• Sees approximately 15-16 patients per day with variable procedures
• Participates in call rotation approximately every 8 weeks (telephone only, shared among FM group)
• Requires high level of customer service skills
• Established patient base with room for growth
• Great team environment with strong mentors
• Position requires Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's/Master's degree for Physician Assistant from accredited program
• Must maintain appropriate state licensure and national certification

Compensation:
