Facility:

This facility is a well-established clinic conveniently located in the southwest corner of West Acres Shopping Center. It's a busy, high-traffic clinic providing healthcare services to diverse patients in both Walk-In Care and Family Medicine settings. The facility utilizes EPIC electronic medical records and offers a collegial, team-oriented environment committed to patient and family-centered care.

Opportunity: NP/PA - Family Medicine

Join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in a busy family medicine practice. This is a full-time position with established patients and room for growth, offering the chance to work with strong mentors in a supportive environment.

Job Details:

• Full-time position (1.0 FTE) with Monday-Friday schedule between 8am-5pm (36 patient contact hours per week)
• See approximately 15-16 patients per day with variable procedures
• Telephone call rotation approximately every 8 weeks, shared among the entire Family Medicine group
• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills
• Work independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provide care focusing on health promotion and disease prevention
• Care for patients of all ages from newborn to elderly
• Family Medicine training required; prior experience preferred but new graduates will be considered
• Position requires excellent customer service skills to build positive relationships
• Education requirements: Master's or Doctorate degree for NPs; Bachelor's/Master's degree for PAs from accredited programs
• Required licensures/certifications: Current state licensure, CPR certification, and national certification in applicable area

Compensation:
