Opportunity: NP/PA - Eldercare

Join a professional, experienced, and collegial eldercare team currently consisting of two physicians, three advanced practice clinicians, and an RN Program Manager. This opportunity allows you to be an engaged and appreciated member of an outstanding team-based model of care.

Job Details:

• PRN Status position
• Office based at Osgood Campus with services provided to area nursing homes and assisted living facilities
• No call coverage required
• Patient encounters per day will vary
• Licensure/DEA in ND & MN required
• Preferred experience in assisted living facilities
• Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills
• Works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provides healthcare to individuals and families with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention
• Position requires high level of customer service skills
• Education requirements: Master's or Doctorate degree for NP or Bachelor's/Master's degree for PA from an accredited program
• Requires current licensure, CPR certification, and national certification in applicable area

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Candidates may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses and quality incentives.
